Senior PR Executive

Key Responsibilities

🌟 Client & Account Management

• Handle 4–6 lifestyle/fashion/luxury client accounts independently
• Lead weekly client calls, share updates, and manage expectations
• Plan monthly PR calendars, campaign ideas, and brand strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely communication

📸 Celebrity & Stylist Sourcing

• Manage celeb and stylist requests (Cat A/B/C)
• Coordinate placements for shoots, events, and gifting
• Maintain updated stylist & celebrity roster and track all placements

📣 Influencer Marketing

• Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with influencers
• Manage paid + barter collaborations
• Brief influencers, track deliverables, and ensure content quality
• Maintain influencer sheets, costing trackers & ROI reports

📰 Media & Editorial Relations

• Pitch clients to key publications (digital + print)
• Secure 2–3 media features per client each month
• Maintain strong relationships with journalists and editors
• Draft press releases, media notes, bios, and story pitches

📑 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly updates, monthly PR reports, and placement trackers
• Maintain media lists, influencer lists, and campaign sheets
• Track all deliverables—collaborations, features, sightings, gifting

🎨 Creative & Strategic Input

• Build PR campaign ideas for collections, stores, events & launches
• Suggest content ideas, trend hooks, and editorial angles
• Support in event planning—guest list curation & media invites

🧩 Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (graphics, sourcing, PR assistants)
• Ensure smooth flow of samples, approvals, and content

Skills & Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a PR agency (mandatory)
• Strong relationships with media, stylists, celebs & influencers
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
• Understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle & luxury landscape
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Social-media-savvy & trend-aware
• Should be able to join immediately
