Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist Governance - Digital Initiatives in Retail Asset Operations, you will leverage your tecno-functional skills to transform functional knowledge into technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to support front-end teams such as business, collections, and customer service in their digital journey, ensuring efficient management of service requests and EMI collections through technological solutions to drive digitalization. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize high analytical skills for data collation and analysis, organizing statistical information to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. - Scrutinize data using analytical tools like Excel/SAS to present information effectively. - Deliver data presentations and quality analysis, meeting stakeholder expectations. - Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address stakeholder needs. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Coordinate independently with various business and support teams to meet deliverables within set timelines. - Manage governance activities including audits, staff management, and project management in the department. - Demonstrate proficiency in day-to-day operations activities within Retail Banking Asset Operations. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). - Post-graduation in Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Arts (MA), or LLB. - Possess 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.,
