1. Lead large, complex projects to completion on time, within budget,
and to quality standards, while mentoring junior managers and contributing to strategic planning. 2. Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. 3. Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 4. Communicate goals, objectives, and expectations to stakeholders and team members. 5. Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. 7. Conduct meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. 8. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

7 - 12 years

1. Master project management software like Microsoft Project, Asana,
Jira. 2. Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in-depth. 3. Manage risks and plan resources effectively. 4. Solve problems, define product vision, and set key success metrics. 5. Translate business goals into detailed feature requirements.
