Job Description :* Project Manager – PMC Services (Steel Plant Project, Maharashtra) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for PMC (Project Management Consultant) services to oversee the construction of a Steel Plant in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and extensive experience in construction and project management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the Steel Plant construction project. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with objectives. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication efficiently. Foster teamwork and maintain a collaborative working environment. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Project Management or Construction Management (preferred). Experience: 9-12 years of experience in construction and Project Management Consultancy (PMC). Prior experience managing large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the steel or similar heavy industry sector. Skills Required: Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and PMC processes. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
