EPAM Anywhere is looking for Senior Project Manager – (Java/Dotnet) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in Java and .NET to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lessons learned into future projects.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Java and .NET technologies.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design patterns, architecture, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
