Senior Project Manager (Interior / Construction)

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of

interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic

planning, and cross-functional coordination skills. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural

projects.

• Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and

consultants.

• Act as a point of contact for clientsensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Quality & Risk Management

• Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project

goals.

• Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change

requests, and cost tracking.

• Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
• Ensure contracts, work orders, and approvals are documented and maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project

Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or

architectural execution.

• Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp

understanding.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
