The Estimation & Quotation Executive will be responsible for preparing detailed project
quotations for clients and vendors. This role demands a strong grasp of numbers, attention
to detail, and a practical understanding of interior materials, finishes, and site
measurements. The person will work closely with the design and procurement teams to
ensure that all costings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.

Maintain digital and physical records of all quotations and cost sheets.
Support finance team with documentation related to billing, vendor payments, and purchase approvals.
Bachelors degree or diploma
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, measurement systems, and BOQ preparation
Strong numerical accuracy, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple quotations and meet tight deadlines.
