Senior Project Manager - Engineering HVAC / MEP

As the HVAC Design Head, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design, planning, and execution of HVAC systems for various projects. This includes developing HVAC system concepts, designs, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will attend meetings with clients, perform heat load calculations, airflow distribution, duct design, and equipment selection. Additionally, you will integrate energy-efficient solutions into HVAC design and prepare BOQs, technical drawings, and specifications. Your role will involve steering the successful rollout of projects, managing the HVAC design team, and ensuring expertise in all aspects of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will be responsible for pipe and duct design, design checks, coordinating with other disciplines, and making shop drawings. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP consultants is crucial for seamless integration of HVAC systems. You will review and approve HVAC system layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment placement, as well as conduct site visits for quality checks, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.
