As an In-house Structural Designer based in Indore with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be required to hold an M.Tech in Structural Engineering with expertise in structural design of multi-storeyed buildings. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and overseeing structural designs for projects ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural elements into overall project designs. Additionally, conducting structural analysis using appropriate software to guarantee the safety, stability, and performance of structures will be a key aspect of your job. An added advantage would be proficiency in detail estimation of structures, preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for projects, and the ability to perform site inspections and coordinate with construction teams for accurate implementation of designs. Addressing design challenges with innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes is also expected. You should possess proficiency in the latest structural design software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
