Senior Project Manager - Digital Twin & SCADA Integration

As a Senior Project Manager within the Global Business Unit Renewables, you will be responsible for leading a specialized team focused on the automation of SCADA data integration and digital twin creation for renewable energy projects. Your role will involve managing a core team of expert engineers specializing in Digital Twin & SCADA Integration, AI & Data Analytics, and coordinating external resources during peak project phases. Your proactive leadership, strong background in Wind, PV, and/or BESS technology, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to drive projects to successful completion within the renewable energy sector are essential for this position, which plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving data accuracy across our renewable energy portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Directing and mentoring a core team of engineers specializing in digital twin integration and AI-driven data analytics - Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for the team - Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments - Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies - Monitoring project progress against milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget - Implementing Agile or similar project management methodologies to adapt to evolving requirements - Identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with external contractors and consultants during peak seasons or specialized project phases - Managing contracts, scope, and performance of external resources to ensure alignment with project goals - Acting as the primary liaison between the project team, senior management, and external vendors - Overseeing the integration of quality assurance processes and conducting cross-check validations using critical documentation - Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders including R-GBU HQ, countries IT/OT teams, countries Construction and O&M teams, OEM representatives, and internal development and IT teams Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Wind, PV, or BESS construction projects, specialized in engineering - Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating external resources for complex projects This position falls under the GBU Renewables division within T&G AMEA - India of ENGIE Energy India Private Limited.
