Job Description

Designation: Senior Project Manager

Desired Candidate:A very relevant experience in commercial interior projects

Skills:Project management, Microsoft office, Communication skills, Vendor management, Team management

Key Responsibilities:

· Overseeing overall construction and timely completion of interior projects assigned,

· The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the Site Supervisors, Estimator, and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents schedule and budget.

· Identifying work front, required labor count and managing a team of 3-4 Site supervisors to ensure the timely execution and quality of each project,

· Engaging with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and execution on the client site also understanding their concerns and taking necessary actions

· Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints,

· Ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource is available on site utilizing the agreed agency list,

· Requisition of all materials, and overseeing the deliveries. Ensure they are done in adequate time, in line with the construction programme and procurement schedule,

· Ensuring management of any unforeseen delays,

· Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts Manager/BU Head for stage/section programmes as required,

· Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff,

Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards,

· Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following common operational standards,

· Regular coordination with the procurement team,

· Ensuring flawless and regular documentation for the management and clients,

· Reviewing project plans and specifications and working with building design schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems,

· Assisting estimator in preparation of project budget,

· Preparing the general conditions budget,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
