Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager at Asign.art, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our product and technology roadmaps.

You will lead daily standups, manage sprint cycles, coordinate between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, QA, data), and be accountable for timely releases and process alignment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and clarity to product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee product development from concept to release
• Own project timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)
• Proactively identify blockers and ensure rapid resolution Agile / Scrum Leadership
• Implement and uphold Agile best practices across all product teams
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint demos, and retros
• Coach teams on Agile principles and rituals
• Ensure sprint velocity and team accountability remain consistent Cross-functional Collaboration
• Liaise with product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and data teams
• Serve as the primary point of communication between leadership and development teams
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with delivery timelines Delivery & Reporting
• Track deliverables and key milestones; escalate delays and risks
• Provide weekly status updates to senior leadership
• Ensure documentation of workflows, releases, and retrospectives Process Improvement
• Continuously refine processes for productivity, visibility, and quality
• Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Required

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven experience managing product and engineering teams (web/mobile/SaaS projects)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, with a bias for action and a passion for shipping great products Preferred Qualifications
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II) or PMP/PMI-ACP
• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up tech environment
