Job Description

As a Senior Project Leader at Cushman & Wakefield, your role involves managing and leading project management for multiple clients and projects. You will be responsible for providing individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions with direct accountability for project delivery. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing all facets of project management for assigned projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. - Demonstrating the ability to read, understand, and apply standard to complex documents related to real estate projects. - Directly interfacing with clients to define project requirements and prepare project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and quality control measures. - Identifying project delivery resources, conducting request for proposals, bid analysis, and evaluation interviews. - Leading project delivery resources/team to achieve project goals and providing guidance and direction. - Implementing communication plans for meetings and written reports to keep clients and project resources informed. - Reviewing and implementing project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. - Monitoring progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines, and creating action plans as needed. - Implementing change management routines, assessing change requests, securing client approvals, and issuing change orders. - Being responsible for business development, pursuits, integration with other business lines, and cross-selling business in the assigned geographic market. - Actively participating in the design development process of each project, suggesting changes for efficiency and value engineering. - Preparing contract management strategies for each project, defining contract documents, managing bid processes, and negotiations. - Ensuring the implementation of safety policies at the site and conducting safety audits regularly. INCO: Cushman & Wakefield Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. - Proven experience in real estate project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and project teams. - Knowledge of safety policies and procedures related to construction sites. - Experience in business development and cross-selling business services is a plus.,
