Job Summary:

Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and scheduling functions for industrial EPC or construction projects using
Primavera P6
.
Develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and update project timelines throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align schedules and track interdependencies.
Prepare and present project progress reports (e.g., S-curves, histograms, critical path analysis) to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate project delays, risks, and opportunities; propose mitigation and recovery plans.
Implement and maintain planning standards, procedures, and best practices across projects.
Manage a team of planners/schedulers across multiple sites or projects (if applicable).
Support cost control and change management processes by assessing schedule impacts.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, contracts, and internal project controls policies.
