Senior Project Lead

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to meet project goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, developing contingency plans as needed.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is an asset.
