Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the execution of complex hi-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, particularly Aluminum Formwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and rectify any issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Monitor potential risks and take timely action to minimize their impact.
• Prioritize safety on the construction site and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 12 to 15 years of experience in hi-rise construction projects, preferably with Aluminum Formwork.

• Proven track record in managing

  large-scale, complex construction projects.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
