Key Responsibilities:1. Installation & CommissioningPerform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of bagging machines.Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as per specifications.Conduct functional tests and trial runs to verify machine performance.2. Troubleshooting & MaintenanceDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging machines.Provide remote and on-site technical support for breakdowns and repairs.3. Customer Support & TrainingTrain customer personnel on machine operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize machine performance.Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing solutions.4. Documentation & ReportingPrepare detailed service reports, commissioning checklists, and test results.Document modifications, spare parts usage, and service activities.Provide feedback to the design and production teams for continuous product improvement.5. Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and industry standards.Follow site-specific safety protocols while working at customer locations. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical, or Automation Engineering.Experience: 2-5 years in machine installation, commissioning, or servicing (preferably in bagging/packaging machinery).Technical Skills:Knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic components.Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Additional Requirements:Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Flexible work schedule based on project and customer requirements and willing to traveling pan IndiaValid passport (if international travel is required).
