Job Description: PLC programming: Design, Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs to automate industrial machinery and processes using PLC, HMI, VFD, Communication protocols. Control platforms will be positively valued: TIA Portal / STEP 7 (SIEMENS), RS Logix series and CCW (ROCKWELL) Documentation: Create the Instrumentation and control system related drawings and documents like logic diagram, I/O List, Bill of material, PLC related documents like Communication list, Alarm/trip list, signal list, Monitor screen documents and customized documents as per customer requirement etc. Configure communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, and Modbus) to integrate with third-party systems and PLC setups. Technical Support & Co-Ordination with Panel projects Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our solutions. Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior sales engineers and provide training on technical aspects of bagging automation products. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 4 to 6 years of sales engineering experience, specifically in bagging automation machines or similar products. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation technologies, packaging processes, and machinery operation. Communication: Good command over English and Excellent communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, product documentation, and quotations. Proficiency in using online portals and government e-marketplaces. Manage the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission, including documentation and compliance. Respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups. Maintain and update accurate customer data, sales activities, and follow-up tasks. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering. Experience: Min. 1–2 years of experience in a sales support. Strong computer skills. Hands on experience of SAP System. Design and development of mechanical components and systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Create and manage detailed 2D and 3D drawings using advanced CAD software like Creo and Windchill (Product Data Management) systems. detail engineering and drawings for products. knowledge of SolidWorks software is a plus. Product BOM management and SAP/ERP data management. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure precision, manufacturability, and to identify and address potential issues in assembly and functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive successful product development and launch. Prepare and present comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, BOM and project presentations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on Bagging Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Conveyors. Proficiency in CAD software like Creo, and other relevant design tools; experience with SolidWorks software is a plus. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Have a good understanding and knowledge of standards/code selections like ASME, DIN etc. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance stack-up analysis. Experience with overseeing and managing international projects is an advantage. Ability to work independently and effectively work on design projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
