Job Description: PLC programming: Design, Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs to automate industrial machinery and processes using PLC, HMI, VFD, Communication protocols. Control platforms will be positively valued: TIA Portal / STEP 7 (SIEMENS), RS Logix series and CCW (ROCKWELL) Documentation: Create the Instrumentation and control system related drawings and documents like logic diagram, I/O List, Bill of material, PLC related documents like Communication list, Alarm/trip list, signal list, Monitor screen documents and customized documents as per customer requirement etc. Configure communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, and Modbus) to integrate with third-party systems and PLC setups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive successful product development and launch. Prepare and present comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, BOM and project presentations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on Bagging Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Conveyors. Proficiency in CAD software like Creo, and other relevant design tools; experience with SolidWorks software is a plus. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Have a good understanding and knowledge of standards/code selections like ASME, DIN etc. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance stack-up analysis. Experience with overseeing and managing international projects is an advantage. Ability to work independently and effectively work on design projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
