Senior Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project Understanding:

• Attend kick-off meetings, review project scope, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Study layouts and technical specifications; coordinate with design team for GA drawings and client approvals.

2. Project Planning & Execution:

• Create detailed project schedules, considering budget and critical items.
• Coordinate procurement, engineering, and production activities.
• Supervise execution, monitor quality, and ensure timelines and budget targets are met.
• Conduct regular project and design review meetings; maintain dashboards and action plans.

3. Client Coordination:

• Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

4. Business & Process Improvement:

• Analyze project performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Design and refine project processes for better efficiency.

5. Team & Performance Management:

• Lead projects team; assign tasks, set KRAs, monitor performance, and support development needs.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and share daily/monthly project reports; maintain and update client records.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  BE/ B.Tech/MTech Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation

• Experience:

  4 to 6 years

• Knowledge:

  Project Management, Time Management, People Management

• Technical Skills:

  MS Projects, working experience on SAP system, MS Office, multiple projects handling with cross-functional teams.

• Behavioral Skills:

  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
