Senior Project Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Engineer at ATS HomeKraft, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities at the project site. You will play a key role in project planning, site management, quality control, safety management, cost management, communication with stakeholders, problem-solving, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. - Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment. - Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications. - Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence. - Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. - Identify and resolve site-related issues and problems. - Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a site engineering role. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
