Senior Project Engineer (Civil)

Position: Senior Civil Engineer

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Location: Chikamagaluru, Karnataka(Preferred Locals only)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the quality control of construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government entities.
• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in civil Residential projects.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Professional Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.
• Experience in consulting and providing technical guidance to project teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the quality control of construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
