Senior Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Your main tasks will include breaking down projects into manageable actions with set timeframes, liaising with clients to determine requirements and objectives, assigning tasks to internal teams, and aiding in schedule management. It will be your duty to ensure that client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle, assist in budget preparation, analyze risks and opportunities, and oversee project procurement management. In this role, you will be required to monitor project progress, address any issues that may arise, and serve as the primary point of contact for communicating project status to all stakeholders. Collaboration with the Project Manager to remove any obstacles, utilizing tools to track working hours, plans, and expenses, as well as issuing all necessary legal documentation such as contracts and agreements, will also be part of your responsibilities.
