Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Coordinator at Crowe, you will play a crucial role in supporting post-implementation ERP customer success programs. With 36 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing complex coordination efforts, providing client-facing leadership, and mentoring junior coordinators. Your collaborative skills will be put to the test as you work with account managers and technical teams to ensure client needs are met, success plans are executed, and escalations are resolved effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage post-implementation coordination activities for multiple ERP clients. - Track and oversee customer success metrics, adoption progress, and issue resolution. - Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-up actions. - Prepare and deliver detailed customer success reports to clients and stakeholders. - Serve as the primary coordinator for escalations and ensure resolution in partnership with technical teams. - Maintain and continuously improve customer success documentation, templates, and processes. - Mentor junior coordinators and provide guidance on tools and best practices. - Identify opportunities for improving customer retention and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. - 36 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or client services. - Demonstrated experience working with ERP solutions such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency with success tracking and project management tools like Smartsheet, CRM platforms, and Jira. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to lead client-facing activities and manage escalations.
