We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage engagement risk, project planning, budgeting, and deliverable content definition. Coach team members, provide input and guidance, and contribute to the firm's staffing process. Support seniors in Business Development by developing high-quality concept notes, proposals, and responses to RFPs. Coordinate and facilitate project objectives delivery, track progress, review tasks, and ensure timely feedback. Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, and participate in proposal development. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management and delivery. Possess strong skills in project management, delegation, teamwork, problem-solving, quality, adaptability, and documentation/report writing. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach.
