We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and coach team members. Support seniors in Business Development by developing high-quality concept notes, proposals, and responses to RFPs. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, track progress, and review tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management, conducting regular status meetings with stakeholders. Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management and delivery. Possess strong skills in project management, delegation, teamwork, problem-solving, quality, adaptability, and documentation/report writing. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit a practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, positive, adaptable, and creative in approach.
