The Global Sales Program Management team helps Akamai Sales achieve go-to-market goals through strategic initiatives. It drives process, analytics, and technical transformation programs to boost seller productivity and increase revenue.

In this role, you'll manage complex programs that impact key business goals and drive strategic success. You will also lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in their development, planning and execution.
As a Program Manager Senior Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from inception through to launch and beyond
• Driving programs from problem statement to solution using business insight, industry best practices, and cross-functional stakeholder input
• Developing success metrics and implementing measurement processes to illustrate the impact of a transformation program
• Building and executing on comprehensive communication plans including communication up and down the leadership chain
• Driving change management to enable stakeholders, ensure adoption, and achieve success metrics in transformation programs.
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess 6-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent
• Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
• Be able to adapt processes to fit the needs and styles of diverse stakeholders and project
• Be skilled at managing dependencies across teams and functions
• Be able to manage 1030 stakeholders per project, including C-level executives and directors
• Operate with a high sense of urgency and a customer/stakeholder-first mentality
• Build and maintains long-term relationships, often through multi-year programs or partnerships.
