Senior Program Manager - bpost

The Opportunity: bpostgroup is building a Global Digital Capability (GDC) in India to accelerate its digital transformation. We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead this strategic program end-to-end: setting up, structuring and scaling the digital capability to serve the group worldwide. This is a high-visibility role with executive exposure, offering the chance to shape the digital backbone of a leading international logistics company. Role overview: As GDC Program Lead, you will lead the setup and scaling of a Global Digital Capability (GDC) in India. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of multiple workstreams and collaborate closely with stakeholders across India and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workstreams such as Talent Engine, IT Setup, Operations & Culture, legal and changeDefine scope, governance and roadmap, , ensuring alignment with bpost group strategy.Drive stakeholder management across India and Europe, building strong buy-in and ownership.Oversee budget, resource planning, and risk management.Implement digital ways of working (agile, data-driven, innovative).Drive cultural change and foster collaborationProfileMaster’s degree; strong academic foundation, in Technology and Management

Minimum 18 Years Of Experience In Technology And Management

Minimum 10 years of international experience in program management.Proven track record in setting up digital capability centres in IndiaStrong track record in cross-cultural leadership and transformation.Experience/Knowledge with multiple disciplines (HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Process…)of India GCC modelExcellent stakeholder management skills at senior/executive level.Ability to define baseline and maturity models for different portfoliosAbility to define KPI for different streamsExpertise in governance, risk management and digital transformation.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
