Senior Program Administrator

As a Program Coordinator for the Kodo AI/ML Career Fast-Track Program at Experts Pro, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth execution of training and internship schedules. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating across trainers, interns, sales, marketing, and shared resources to align on program goals and timelines. - Managing scheduling for training sessions, workshops, assessments, and client projects. - Monitoring participant progress, collecting feedback, and handling escalations. - Assisting in resource allocation, including hiring and onboarding of new trainees and interns. - Liaising with HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams for reporting and program improvements. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuously improving program delivery. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or training coordination. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. - Experience with project management tools and MS Office or Zoho Workplace software suites. - Prior experience working with educational or corporate training programs is preferred. - A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
