Role Description

a minimum of 10 years of proven experience

Placing MBA students

Organising internships

Planning and executing corporate events

Building and nurturing strong relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships with leading corporates for campus placements and internships
• Identify and generate placement opportunities aligned with students’ career goals
• Organise pre-placement talks, internship drives, corporate meets, and industry visits
• Serve as a liaison between the institution, students, and the corporate world
• Support students in preparing for interviews, group discussions, and career counselling

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Postgraduate degree (preferably MBA or related field)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and industry demands
• Leadership qualities and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
