Senior Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and R&D departments.

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other process improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.

Manage production budgets and control operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and resource management.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
