We are expanding our Production Team and looking for a seasoned professional who can lead large-scale event productions with excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Production Manager with strong experience in premium weddings and corporate events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, vendor coordination, technical execution, on-ground leadership, safety, timelines, and ensuring seamless event delivery.

You will be the backbone of event execution — turning creative concepts into flawless, on-ground reality.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Execution

Lead complete production planning for weddings, corporate events & brand activations.

Prepare production schedules, timelines, layouts, technical requirements & manpower plans.

Supervise structure setups, fabrication, décor installations, lighting, sound, staging, SFX, and other production elements.

Vendor & Team Management

Manage and negotiate with production vendors, fabricators, sound/lighting partners, riggers, logistics teams, and manpower contractors.

Conduct pre-production meetings, technical recce, and on-site briefings for teams.

Ensure quality checks and adherence to design briefs shared by creative/design teams.

On-Ground Leadership

Lead on-site event setup, manage last-minute changes, troubleshoot quickly, and ensure flawless show flow.

Coordinate closely with design, hospitality, logistics & client servicing teams.

Maintain safety standards, timelines, and operational SOPs.

Budget & Cost Management

Create and manage production budgets.

Optimize resources while maintaining premium quality.

Handle vendor invoicing, PO management & material tracking.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in event production, fabrication, staging, technical setups, or related fields.

Strong understanding of wedding production, corporate events, structures, trussing, AV, site layouts, fabrication materials & stage engineering.

Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage large teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and on-ground presence.

Must be open to travel for outstation and destination events.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury/high-budget events.

Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp/basic technical drawings (added advantage).

Strong vendor network in NCR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
