Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Production Manager to lead our apparel production team, with a strong background in managing large-scale production operations and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all aspects of apparel production, including planning, design, and manufacturing.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Manager in the apparel industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience with ERP systems and other production management software is an asset.
