Key Responsibilities

• Create, prioritize, sequence, and maintain the Product Backlog.
• Assist in elaborating Epics, Themes, and Features into user stories achievable in a single sprint.
• Convey vision and goals at the start of each Release and Sprint; ensure the squad remains aligned.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product direction and course-correct when needed.
• Understand financial benefits of work and monitor outcomes where appropriate.
• Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
• Use metrics and customer feedback to track product progress and refine priorities.
• Provide ongoing platform support (problem and incident management) as required.
• Co-develop the squad mission with the Portfolio Lead and refine it as necessary.
• Break down, prioritize, and sequence work, unifying the squad to achieve its mission.
• Re-prioritize or re-sequence any incomplete work to ensure delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years as a Product Owner in relevant domains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and guide squads effectively.
