Senior Product Owner

As a Product Owner at EY, you will play a key role in shaping digital products that revolutionize the wealth and asset management industry. Ensure products leverage the latest in software development, AI, and data analytics. - **Bridge the gap between business and technology:** Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements between business and development teams. Work closely with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure a cohesive product strategy. - **Backlog and Technical Management:** Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders and customers while maintaining technical integrity of the product. Utilize technical skills to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable. - **Collaborate for Impact:** Build strong relationships with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering. - **Leadership:** Mentor and support junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Translate business needs into product requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is a strong plus. - 4-6 years of experience in product development in the financial services sector, preferably Wealth and Asset Management. - Analytical and project management skills, deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of the technology that supports product development. - Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in German/French would be an advantage, though not required.
