Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at our studio, you will play a key role in driving the product building efforts for the ideas and startups we collaborate with. You will have the opportunity to take on the sole product manager role for some of these ideas, continuously learning better ways to build products and bring them to market. Additionally, you will support the creation of internal tools and playbooks to streamline these processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with founders and the studio team to define product strategy, translating early-stage ideas into clear product requirements and minimum viable products (MVPs), and leading cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers. You will be instrumental in launching products/MVPs quickly, learning from the market response, and refining the products to gain traction. Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and product validation will also be part of your role. You will be expected to prioritize features and manage the product backlog with a lean, experiment-driven approach. Monitoring product performance and user feedback to guide future development will be crucial to your success in this role. Moreover, you will work across two or more ventures simultaneously, requiring strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have 4-6 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years of experience specifically as a product manager. You should have a proven track record of working in early-stage teams and developing products from 0 to 1. Experience in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and other product management documents is essential. Demonstrated ability to maintain a roadmap, manage backlog, and prioritize tasks effectively despite competing pressures is highly valued.
