Senior Product Manager

You will be responsible for the development of various products including Global Products for API (Refinery & Petrochemicals), Chemical, New Technologies, and Other Business Segments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and localizing new API products such as OH2, BB1, BB2, BB3, BB5, VS1, VS4, VS6 pumps, etc. - Owning the product development activity and driving projects to ensure timely completion while meeting all requirements, including cost, quality, and performance targets to support project plans and execution. - Serving as the primary product expert for assigned products independently and providing product management-related support for all departments, especially TSS/Sales, Production, QM, Customer Service, and Purchase. - Preparing and evaluating product variable costs and highlighting actions to maintain margins. - Having knowledge of various industry standards like ISO 2858/5199, EN799, HIS, ASME. - Providing support and technical inputs for introducing new products or maintaining existing ones on selection portals and digital platforms. - Conducting technical training for Sales and closely interacting with Vendors/Suppliers to resolve product specification queries. - Preparing and releasing product documents and literature during product release. - Managing the team by assigning work to team members, monitoring performance through regular reviews, rendering support to keep assigned projects on track, and planning for the development and growth of the reporting team. The primary location for this position will be Pimpri. However, the role requires regular traveling to other KSB Factories at Shirwal (Kesurdi) to ensure close coordination and timely completion of projects involving other plants.,
