Job Description

As a Sr. Product Manager on the Conga CPQ & Revenue team, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our CPQ and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions into Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, SAP, and other CRM ecosystems. Youll help architect seamless integrations using best-in-class integration platforms, translating our proven native capabilities into exceptional multi-CRM experiences that solve complex revenue operations challenges. This role requires deep expertise in CRM platforms (particularly Dynamics and SAP) and Integration tools, combined with hands-on involvement in release planning, product demos, implementation guidance, and agile scrum execution.

Are you the person we re looking for?

Relevant Experience.

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience

    in B2B SaaS, with deep expertise in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred) and a proven track record of delivering complex integrations across multiple ecosystems
  • Integration and platform thinking

    : Demonstrated experience building products that connect multiple systems, working with integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, or similar), and designing scalable architecture that maintains data integrity and user experience across platforms
  • Domain expertise in revenue operations

    : Strong preference for background in B2B/eCommerce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Order Management or Billing, with deep understanding of how enterprise customers configure, price, quote, contracts, and close complex deals
  • Hands-on enterprise product delivery expertise

    from conception through launch and continuous iteration, with experience managing the full product lifecycle in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Technical fluency with business impact focus

    : Practical knowledge of modern integration patterns, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, with the proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value and customer outcomes

Education:

Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Research and Creativity.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in metadata extraction, AI, and document automation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and UX teams to conceptualize and prototype new features or enhancements.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback, iterate product requirements, and prioritize feature development for maximum impact.

Leadership skills.

  • Work cross-functionally to run scrum teams, ensure backlogs are clearly defined, and address blockers.
  • Comfortably manage implementations and maintain close collaboration with professional services, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Provide live demos of Discovery AI features to internal stakeholders, prospects, and existing customers.

Analyze and prioritize.

  • Use data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions on product enhancements and roadmap.
  • Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and time-to-market pressures.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and release updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Customer experience.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that leverage metadata extraction to drive value.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop, documenting key learnings and using them to refine the product strategy.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure new features are effectively positioned and promoted to maximize adoption.
