Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft IT services. Experience with Autopilot, Apple Business Manager is required. IT Hardware and Software Expertise: Strong background in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PC hardware/software, including Windows OS and macOS (Mandatory). Experience with Networking: Working knowledge of basic TCP/IP, LAN topology, and dealing with network issues.
