Senior Product Manager

Role Overview: Angara E-Commerce Private Limited, a luxury jewelry e-commerce company, is seeking a talented individual to lead the design, development, and optimization of recommendation systems using AI/ML techniques. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and continuous improvement of promotions engines, optimizing the cart and checkout funnel, and utilizing Customer Data Platforms for onsite real-time personalization. Additionally, you will partner with various teams to deliver scalable, robust AI/ML-driven personalized user experiences and funnel optimizations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and optimization of recommendation systems using AI/ML techniques. - Optimize the cart and checkout funnel using personalization and continuous experimentation. - Drive the creation and improvement of promotions engines leveraging AI/ML. - Utilize Customer Data Platforms collaboratively to enable onsite real-time personalization. - Apply deep product funnel awareness to tailor personalization and optimization strategies. - Partner with multiple teams to deliver AI/ML-driven personalized user experiences. - Advocate for responsible AI best practices including fairness, transparency, and privacy compliance. - Communicate complex AI/ML and product strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees or AI/ML certifications preferred. - 7+ years of product management experience with AI/ML products, personalization/recommendation systems, CDP-driven initiatives, and ecommerce funnel optimization. - Expertise in AI/ML methodologies including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision. - Deep knowledge of personalization, recommendation algorithms, promotions engines, and funnel optimization techniques. - Hands-on experience leveraging Customer Data Platforms for real-time personalization and analytics. - Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, APIs, real-time processing, and data governance principles. - Proven track record of managing end-to-end product roadmaps, Agile delivery, and user-centric design. - Data-driven decision-maker with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and performance measurement.,
