Senior Product Designer

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Vymo, youll take ownership of designing and refining core experiences across our platform. From shaping early concepts to delivering polished, high-impact solutions, youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Youll translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences that resonate with our personas in financial services. Beyond crafting great designs, youll influence product direction, drive key initiatives and help foster a design-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished UI designs for web, mobile and tablet platforms.
• Solve Complex Problems: Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive experiences that balance usability with business goals.
• Collaborate Deeply: Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to align on vision, feasibility and quality.
• Contribute to Systems: Strengthen and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability and efficiency across the product suite.
• Iterate & Validate: Present design decisions, gather feedback from stakeholders and users, and refine solutions using data, research and usability testing

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving.
• Tool Mastery: Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools; familiarity with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
• UX Depth: Strong grounding in user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture and usability best practices.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional partners.
• Versatility: Experience designing across Web, Mobile and Tablet interfaces.

Bonus Points

• Visual Design: Strong eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfect UI craft.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or mobile-first products. Design Systems: Hands-on experience building or maintaining scalable design systems.
