Job Description: Member of Technical Staff
Responsibilities: Design and build scalable data pipelines and reporting infrastructure to enable data-driven decisions across the company. Contribute as an individual or as part of a team to build and ship features on time. Collaborate with PMs to deeply understand customer problems and translate them into engineering solutions. Deliver value to customers with high standards for product quality and user experience. Fixing bugs and performance problems in current products. Add instrumentation, logging, and monitoring to improve visibility into system health and performance. Write clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage. Work cross-functionally with frontend engineers, QA, ops, and PMs to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions. Skills Must Have: Good knowledge about backend development. Understanding of servers, databases, event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java or Node.js). Relational/NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Mysql). Strong fundamentals in computer science and problem solving (data structures, algorithms, etc.). Understanding of unit testing and integration testing, with experience of writing tests as part of the development process. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Source control systems, CI/CD tools. Experience in developing enterprise grade secure, transactional, scalable applications Good to Have: Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Airflow Exposure to data warehousing, ETL tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Good communication skills. Qualifications B.E (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences 1-3 years of experience building enterprise class products.
