We are looking for a passionate Member Technical Staff with 2-4 years of experience in Java, React, Angular, Flutter, and workflow automation tools. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across the full stack, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Role and Responsibilities
Essential roles, responsibilities and activities in this position:
- Develop and maintain Java-based back-end services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Build dynamic front-end applications using React and Angular.
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
- Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Configure and integrate workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Activiti, JBPM) for process automation.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
MCA / B. Tech.
Industrial Experience
2-4 Years of experience in Software development
Primary Skills
- 2 years of experience in full-stack development with Java.
- Strong proficiency in
