Senior Product Designer

A product designer is a creative professional responsible for the entire process of designing products, whether physical or digital, from concept to completion. They conduct user research to understand needs, develop user-friendly solutions, create prototypes, and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product is both functional and meets business and user goals. Key Responsibilities of a Product Designer

• User Research: Conduct user research through surveys and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Ideation & Problem-Solving: Brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to user problems and market demands.
• Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes to visualize and test product ideas and user flows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, researchers, product managers, and other teams to align on product vision and ensure technical feasibility.
• User-Centric Design: Ensure the product's look, feel, and functionality are intuitive, meeting user expectations and enhancing their experience.
• Iteration & Improvement: Refine designs based on user feedback and testing to continuously improve the product's performance and usability.
• Balancing Needs: Balance the needs of users with the business goals and brand guidelines of the company.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee various stages of the product life cycle, from the initial idea and specifications to launch and post-launch improvements.

• Digital Products: Software applications, mobile apps, and web-based services.
• Physical Products: Consumer goods, electronics, and furniture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
