As a UX Designer at Netomi AI, your primary responsibility will involve conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. These deliverables will guide our Engineering team in developing a top-notch product. Your role will influence the design and functionality of the Netomi platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Collaboration with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams will be essential in delivering a cutting-edge experience for our customers. Preference will be given to candidates located in the NCR area. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct user research, wire-framing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for our platform to facilitate product design. - Make strategic design decisions based on user research or A/B testing, working closely with product managers to understand requirements. - Translate concepts into wireframes and high-quality design deliverables for the engineering team. - Collaborate with developers to address design implementation challenges and ensure a seamless user experience. - Identify design issues and propose user-centered solutions, iterating designs rapidly. - Mentor and guide current and future UX designers, documenting findings and processes as required. **Requirements:** - Minimum 6 years of experience as a UX designer, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS products/platforms. - Proficiency in interaction design, user testing, and research techniques to drive product decisions. - Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and tell compelling stories. - Proficient in sketching, transitioning from low-fidelity to high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, etc. - Familiarity with user-centered design trends, methodologies, and design systems. - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and more. - Experience with visual planning tools like Miro, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project planning tools like Jira, Trello, Monday. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and front-end markup languages. - Possession of a Design Degree or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design skills, user experience, typography, colors, layouts, and images.
