Job Description

As a Senior Product Associate in Customer Application Experience, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and developing products and features that enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in challenging conventional methods, fostering a culture of innovation, and inspiring cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge solutions tailored to customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on customer and market needs using data analytics and discovery techniques. - Strategize for the impact of new product features on the overall product experience. - Assist in collecting user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to shape the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features. - Analyze and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle. - Write requirements, epics, and user stories for product development and maintain Jira hygiene. - Create data mapping to understand the impact of values and ensure key information is included in service data transfer and key documents. - Define acceptance test criteria in JIRA and develop automated tests using BDD or TDD approaches, including test data for execution. - Generate diagrams like Class, Sequence, and Flow/Activity Diagrams using Confluence, VISIO, or similar tools, with a focus on incorporating AI within the Credit Card opening process. - Manage the product backlog for core features and components, overseeing feature enhancements and modernization work from inception to production. - Cultivate relationships with engineering, architecture, analytics, automation teams, and various product teams to comprehend their requirements and program objectives. - Communicate effectively and regularly, conveying the product vision and addressing questions to develop the right features. **Qualification Required:** - Experience as a technical product manager with a strong background in managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities. - Proficiency in technologies such as Automation test suite (Gherkin, Saucelabs, Mock tools), UI, API, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, etc. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and translate customer needs into clear business requirements. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation. - Ability to translate diverse insights and data sources into measurable, scalable features and deliverables. - Proficiency in Agile methodology and JIRA toolkit for product delivery. - Effective communication of technically complex ideas in business terms. - Experience with JIRA, Swagger, and API designing and documentation, including SOAP, XML, JSON, and similar web services protocols/technologies. *Note: Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills have not been included in the provided job description.*,
