Senior Product Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Snapmint, you will be responsible for performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will also conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements. Collaboration with product managers and engineers to contribute to product development and improvement will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, leverage customer insights to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, create detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance, and work closely with various teams to align product strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations for product enhancements - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to contribute to the development and improvement of products - Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the performance of product changes and optimize features - Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points - Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance and KPIs - Work closely with various teams, including marketing, product, etc. to align product strategies with business goals - Document findings, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements and communicate them effectively to stakeholders Qualification Required: - Graduation in B.Tech/B.E from a premier institute - 5+ years of experience in data products and technologies such as SQL, Python, and advanced Excel - Experience with funnel creating and event setup is a must-have - Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work through the development of complex business solutions - Prior team handling experience is good to have - Strong communicator, both written and verbal In case of any additional details about the company, it is not mentioned in the provided job description.,
