About the role We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to join our growing team in Gurugram. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, source high-caliber candidates, and contribute to building exceptional talent pipelines for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases. Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure cultural and skill fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience enhancement. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction) and generate reports to optimize processes. Build and maintain a robust candidate database while staying updated on industry trends and compliance (e.g., labor laws). Support team initiatives, such as employer branding events and talent mapping for niche roles. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., ATS systems, Boolean search techniques) and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software; familiarity with Indian recruitment regulations is a plus. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a target-driven setting.
