About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to join our growing team in Gurugram. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, source high-caliber candidates, and contribute to building exceptional talent pipelines for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure cultural and skill fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction) and generate reports to optimize processes.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate database while staying updated on industry trends and compliance (e.g., labor laws).
  • Support team initiatives, such as employer branding events and talent mapping for niche roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., ATS systems, Boolean search techniques) and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software; familiarity with Indian recruitment regulations is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a target-driven setting.
  • Passion for talent development and a collaborative team player mindset.
