Job Description

Senior Procurement Specialist.

Act as the administrator for the
Zip procurement tool
, ensuring efficient ticket processing and workflow management.
Monitor and review incoming procurement tickets, ensuring accurate data and timely resolution.
Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information or approvals.
Push procurement tickets through the required approval and ordering processes in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ticket status updates.
Work closely with finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure procurement compliance and documentation accuracy.
Identify and escalate any delays or issues in the procurement process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement
Proficiency with
NetSuite is required.
Experience with procurement tools, especially z
ip.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks simultaneously.
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume procurement environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of procurement compliance and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues in procurement tools.
Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes and documentation.
