Job Description

Technology Services Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Support category strategy execution and supplier relationship management (SRM) programs.
Lead sourcing and negotiation for low to medium spend
Statements of Work (SOWs)
and ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to raise and approve
purchase requests (PR/POs)
and maintain procurement pipelines.
Ensure contracts and supplier onboarding meet required standards and timelines.
Manage supplier performance, monitor contracts, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, HR) for approvals, budget alignment, and procurement queries.
Maintain accurate data in procurement systems such as
Ariba, Oracle, and Fieldglass
, and support efficiency initiatives.
Conduct market research and recommend alternative sourcing options.
