We are looking for a Senior Process Exceutive for one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai having experience into International voice, Customer Service, Insurance.
Exp: - 3+ years
Location: Mumbai
Mode:- Hybrid ( 1 Week from office in month)
Shifts : - Rotational (24 * 7 )
Job Description:-
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex, high-priority, or escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt, effective, and professional resolution.
Provide accurate and in-depth information to customers regarding insurance policies, coverage details, claims procedures, premium payments, and policy amendments.
Proactively identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and educate clients on their insurance options, fostering long-term trust and loyalty.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Analyze trends and patterns in customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to recommend and implement improvements to customer service processes, policies, and efficiency.
